Movember 2022
Men, we need to talk. Even though it is now "socially acceptable" for men to take care of their appearance to the same extent as women, it is still considered "unmanly" to take care of one's inner self, to practice mindfulness, to talk about feelings... But those who don't do this - out of pride or shame - put themselves in mortal danger. That has to stop: Stand up for yourself and for other men.
With various challenges, the Movember Foundation raises awareness to the topic of men's health and collects donations to support over 1,200 projects worldwide. The most famous Movember Challenge is "Grow a mustache" in November.
Fathers Day 2021
Regardless of whether they are professional footballers or "just normal men", all modern men are in the same boat in their role as fathers: They want to be the best possible male role model for their children and be present in their lives - and at the same time they have to deal with many other demands that society places on them. That's why we praise all fathers for what they do every day, show them that imperfection is okay and - most importantly - that they are not alone, but that they are surrounded by a strong community of dads, a #Dadsquad,

For Father's Day, we invoke this sense of community and, together with our footballers, give fathers well-deserved respect and the "back-up" they need:
You take care of the family, we take care of you. #BESTERMANN
